* Executive Order 1862, dated November 28, 1913: Prescribes that plans

for new federal buildings in the District of Columbia which affect the appearance of the City, and cases where any question of Art in the Federal Government is concerned, be submitted to the Commissioners of Fine Arts for advice and comment.
